What Is IBC?
The First Fidelity Bank IBC program gives students the chance to run their own companies, turning classroom concepts into real-world experience. From developing products and analyzing markets to managing finances, employees, and legal details, students get hands-on training in every part of business. With guidance from professors and First Fidelity Bank executives, who review loan proposals and share feedback. Students gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed as future business leaders.
